Mo's Salah-vating for a bite at the Canaries

EPL runners-up Liverpool will kick-off the new season on Saturday morning (Singapore time) when they take on newly-promoted Norwich City.

The Reds – who are still looking to win their first EPL trophy – will be eager to get their season off to the perfect start by beating Norwich in convincing fashion.

And once again, Liverpool will be relying on last season’s joint-Golden Boot winner Mohamed Salah to lead them to victory this Saturday.

After all, with his blend of pace, physicality, close control and a deadly finisher’s instinct, Salah is undoubtedly a True Master in attack.

But Norwich are no pushovers – Salah and his Liverpool team-mates will have to be fully prepared for the fierce resistance the Canaries will likely put up at Anfield.

We at FBS find out how Salah is readying himself for Liverpool’s first game of the season.

FBS says: Salah refining his balance by half-standing on a tilted bicycle. Possibly the only person who can pair that light-blue helmet with the red Liverpool jersey without looking ridiculous.

FBS says: Salah proving he’s equally adept with a table tennis bat as he is with his foot. Great for batting away criticism and unwanted attention from defenders this season.

FBS says: Salah practicing his passing technique with every fibre of his being. Defined upper body muscles a result of carrying Liverpool to Champions League glory last season.

FBS says: Salah being a good friend to Dejan Lovren and joining him in his favourite activity – sitting on the bench and shaking leg. Fostering such close-knit relationships in the team could give Liverpool the edge in the EPL this season.
